II s\u2019agit d\u2019un syndicat mixte administr\u00e9 par une assembl\u00e9e d\u00e9lib\u00e9rante d\u00e9nomm\u00e9e \u201cle Comit\u00e9 du Syndicat\u201d et assist\u00e9 d\u2019un bureau du Syndicat qui r\u00e8gle les affaires courantes.<\/div>\n<\/blockquote>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"clearfix\"><\/div>\n<hr \/>\n<div class=\"col-sm-8\">\n<div class=\"p\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">Il regroupe 70 membres titulaires et 70 membres suppl\u00e9ants. Chaque commune adh\u00e9rente d\u00e9signe deux d\u00e9l\u00e9gu\u00e9s titulaires et deux suppl\u00e9ants. Il se r\u00e9unit au moins une fois par semestre pour prendre l\u2019ensemble des d\u00e9cisions relevant des affaires du Syndicat. Un certain nombre de d\u00e9cisions ne peuvent \u00eatre prises que par le Comit\u00e9 du Syndicat.<\/div>\n<div class=\"p\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">On citera par exemple : le vote du budget, l\u2019approbation du compte administratif, la cr\u00e9ation ou la suppression d\u2019un poste, la modification du tableau des effectifs, la modification des statuts du SIAH. Il se r\u00e9unit en moyenne cinq fois par an.<\/div>\n<div class=\"p\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">Le Pr\u00e9sident et le Bureau du Syndicat sont \u00e9lus par le Comit\u00e9 Syndical. Le Pr\u00e9sident ex\u00e9cute les d\u00e9lib\u00e9rations du Comit\u00e9 Syndical et est charg\u00e9 de l\u2019administration du SIAH.<\/div>\n<div class=\"p\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">Il est, par exemple, charg\u00e9 de repr\u00e9senter le SIAH en justice. Il pr\u00e9pare et ex\u00e9cute les d\u00e9cisions que va prendre le comit\u00e9 du Syndicat. II est l\u2019ordonnateur des d\u00e9penses et il prescrit l\u2019ex\u00e9cution des recettes. Il a la possibilit\u00e9 de prendre des d\u00e9cisions dans un domaine de comp\u00e9tences d\u00e9limit\u00e9 par le Comit\u00e9 du Syndicat.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"col-sm-4\">\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div class=\"img-notice\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-7060\" src=\"https:\/\/www.siah-croult.org\/_old\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/JIMENEZ_Benoit_82d6f28084.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"642\" height=\"450\" \/>Beno\u00eet JIMENEZ, Pr\u00e9sident du SIAH Croult et Petit Rosne<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"col-sm-12\">\n<h2>Le Pr\u00e9sident prend des d\u00e9cisions relevant par exemple :<\/h2>\n<div class=\"p\">\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">La passation de March\u00e9s Publics<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">La passation des contrats d\u2019assurance<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">La r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration des frais et honoraires des avocats, notaires, huissiers de justice, experts<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">La saisine de la justice ou de la d\u00e9fense du syndicat dans les actions intent\u00e9es contre lui<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"p\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">Le Bureau prend un certain nombre de d\u00e9cisions relevant des affaires courantes du Syndicat et valide les d\u00e9cisions du Pr\u00e9sident d\u00e9l\u00e9gu\u00e9es par le Comit\u00e9.
